The Secretary is trying to get the AF Fighter Pilot Generals off their butts to actually shorten the kill chain and win this war, instead of just referring to it in their PowerPoint presentations at the Pentagon.

The AF is purposely dragging their feet on funding UAVs and training operators.

And then the AF really shoots itself in the foot by complaining about the UAV operators' 12 hour shifts, six days a week at Creech. It can really be a tough life in the AF during a war.

Supporting the guys in the field is a secondary consideration to AF quality of life and funding for the F-22.
