DC3 Turbine operators

Any companies out there that operate turbine DC3's?

The only one's I've ever seen are Basler (The manufacturer)
USFS
FAS (Salvadoran Air Force)
I think there's also some Canadian company that operates one in the artic. I think it's the same folks who crew those Twotters on floats in the Maldives.

The Air Force has one and there is one on the ramp in
Bogota, Colombia. There are also some in Africa with 3 turbine engines, one on the nose.

There are at least two I've seen operating in the Democratic Republic of Congo. Both are South African registered (ZS-) and are under contract to the International Relief Committee/Red Cross. The turbine DC-3 has some amazing cargo carrying capability and also goes into some really rugged strips.

Among the myriad of contract gigs here in the DRC, the one flying the turbine DC-3 is supposed to be one of the best-paying and hardest to break into.

There used to be (last year was the last time I was there) a couple of them sitting on the Enterprise ramp up in Oshawa, ON (CYOO?). I think that was where I saw them, operated by Enterprise, maybe? Not sure what they do.

There is some skydiving company in Arizona using one I think. Also saw one for freight in the midwest somewhere. Think it was in Indiana?

I've heard that Air Serv operates one, although it might be a leased aircraft as needed. Other than that, the USFS uses one. http://www.borekair.com/aircraft_dc3.htm Looks like their's is still radial powered.

In 1999 I was was living in Salida, CO.(Harriet Alexander Field) We were told that there was a notam about army unlighted night ops training on the airport that night. We stayed at the hanger and after hearing a plane land in the dark a turbine DC-3 taxied up out of the dark! The crew had on night vis goggles! They never made any radio calls or activated the lights on the runway or taxi way. I don't know where they came from or where they went. I was totaly shocked that they still operated a DC-3. I don't know if it was some kind of special forces or some air guard unit has them.

Rhoads Aviation in Columbus, Indiana (KBAK). They have some convairs there too. I heard they dont fly much though.
