Does anyone know of some good DC10 web sites and/or where i can obtain more info about the aircraft? (QRH, books, etc)

Try Boeing's web site.

Try the local library and dig up "Jane's All the World's Aircraft" in the reference section (big hardcover book.) You can photocopy the pages so you can take them home. It won't be as detailed as an actual FOM, but it should give you some good background info.
