DC-3 at HGR

Hey, was on the ramp at Hagerstown, MD last week and heard the comforting sound of radial engines. I looked up to see a DC-3 tail high and just rotating. Wondering if anybody knows if there is an DC-3 operator based there, or just a transient a/c. Thanks
