Does anybody know the story with DB aviation? It seems every few months they advertise that Excel position.

I did a search and got everything but info on DB...just curious.

Not to hijack your thread, but do you know what Scott Aviation is like to work for? Good, bad or otherwise?

Thanks

Yeah, the story is they have 2 Excels that fly alot. They cant stop the revolving door of pilots because the management is right there pushing the door. In other words, the potential is there, but the people making the decisions are so darn clueless that no quality people want to stay. I would say make it your last choice and keep your resume updated because your gonna want to use it again shortly.

Ever notice...

that those people who run bad 135 operations are former/current pilots? You would think that they would take better care of their biggest assets. PILOTS

They say that if they ever run their own operation that things would change for the better. Then they see the money that can be made in management of aircraft, paying low wages, cutting corners... greed is an ugly thing.

The company I work for is run by pilots, and in our case it is an advantage. Aircraft are in good shape, maintenance is top notch and pay is good for the area.
I have seen some idiots in certian companies.
Seems like the Peter principle applies most places.....everyone rises to thier own level of incompetance.
