I am extremely dissapointed with the X11s. After three pairs, they have all had issues- the same or similar issues - as said before by others, it seems DC is lacking in the technology and the quality control. Snaps, scratches, pops, buzzes, squeaks, throbbing are the issues I've encountered. Really, really dissapointed I spent $800 on these.

It's sad

I thought I could trust DC. I am really, really dissapoin.... no, disgusted.

Luckily I didn't have anything better to do with my tax return.

I borrowed a pair on a flight once to see how they compared to my Bose side-to-side. The DC X11's were like wearing no headset at all. Couldn't hear ATC, couldn't hear the captain, couldn't hear myself...if was almost as if the ENC was cancelling useful noise, rather than detrimental noise.

Spend the extra $200 and go with the sure thing...the Bose X.

thanks for giving us an honest opinion, I have been looking at buying these for some months now but have not heard any viable reviews. Im sure you can sell it

Clarity Aloft, just read the tetimonials, noise reduction without the ANR, not an over the top headset either.

Yeah, I was afraid it would be a frankenstein, but going with the 'dependable' company is what hurt me.
No wonder there's no reviews anywhere of the X11s, probably no one wants to post them because they are all bad.

Farmington, NM, truly God's country.

Absolutely.
I love this place. No traffic, lots of beautiful scenery, friendly people.. and the skies are not cloudy all day. Which really hurts the IMC experience...
