could someone with access to salary info give me an idea on what a director of operations salary would be in the southern california area. this will be a new 135 certificate with 7-10 jets, mostly mids with a couple of gulfstreams. the DO position will also be a flying job. Thanx.
 
I hope this isn't the Wrigley project all over again.

If there are multiple G400-G550 airframes in the fleet this individual should be pulling down 150k min especially if they have flying duties in the above.
