Yo'

Hey all, I'm still trying to land a job after my furlough.
Could I get a few opinions on applying to this company?
I'm living in S FLA now, so the thought of no commute
appeals to me. As far as time, I flown the 727 from all
seats. I realize that opinions are like outflow valves,
everyone has one. So, I'd really like to hear from current
CAT pilots.

but of course, any info at all would be appreciated.

It's not a matter of being picky or looking down my nose at someone else's choices. My wife's uncle briefly worked for them and didn't have a very good experience.

Training was in disarray, after being on the line the FAA tried to withdraw his 72 type b/c of training dept. anomolies (theirs not his), they pay for what you fly (no daily guarantee) so you could go to work for 1 hr of flight time, jumpseating is a challenge for them, etc.

What are you implying about next month? Our 30 day cooling off or the DHL deal. Couple of your MEC/Negotiating Committee people are driving to ILN tonight to talk to our crews.

CAT is a job and I believe they are looking for FE's and possibly CA's from time to time. There is no set schedule, but a lot of crews are flying up to 100 hours a month - you can be out for up to a month some times. There is a 60 hour guarantee with no benefits and the pay is better than most freighters flying type. If you want more information, PM me.
