It wasnt great but it wasnt bad at all

I worked at CAT before I got on with another cargo company. Yeah the PFT thing they had/have sucked. Other then that it wasnt all that bad. 10-12 days off at home a month. Home based, no crash pads. Even when you were working on the road fri morning through mon night off with hotel paid for. Made for some fun times. I'd take it over any regional anyday.

I am with you tired pilot. I only averaged 15 days a month on the road and had a great time when I was out. I hope CAT pulls through. It wasn't a bad place to work.
