Are there any other USAF UPT Training Bases other than Laughlin, Vance, Columbus, and Corpus Christi (C-130 guys/gals)?

With all of the combining of training, we have quite a few Air Force students and instructors here in Pensacola - VT-3 has an Air Force C.O.

Thanks for the info! Most of the UPT candidates I've talked to have been going to Laughlin. Do they have the greatest training capacity? Also, does anybody know the timeline for the phase in of the T-6s and the phase out of the T-37s at training bases still operating the T-37? (Is Moody currently the only AFB with the T-6 fully phased in?) Just curious.

I have asked about Moody with the AFR Unit I am trying to get in. They did not know anything at the time (if I could request Moody for UPT w/AFR), but were going to ask about it. (Vance, Laughlin, and Columbus are the likely three from everything I have seen/heard).

SUPT- Columbus, Vance, Laughlin
ENJJPT- Sheppard
T-6 phase- Moody (don't ask me why)
T-44 (C-130 lead-in)- Corpus Christi NAS (Navy)

The Air Force is sending some to Pensacola for the JSUPT thing with the Navy. They will eventually end up at Vance (I think)...I haven't seen any at Columbus). We do see students here that completed T-6 training.

Vance is still doing fix-wing qual for ex-helo types.

If you're a Guard or Reserve candidate going to a heavy unit, I'd look into seeing if they'll send you through T-38s. We've had a couple of students going to heavy units (and I'm not talking about Barksdale) that are in the T-38 track. I have my own thoughts on why, but it opens up more opportunities to apply at more units (fighters) down the road.
