cuba overflight permit

we fly to grand cayman on average once every six weeks but in the month of april we are going three times. I spoke with COLT and we can get a monthly block for a little more than the price of one roundtrip permit. The only thing that is not included is navagitional charges. My question is what is the charge to for navagation. I am assuming it is cheaper for the monthly block. Thanks for the input.

If Colt is obtaining your overflight permits, they should also be able to quote the nav fees. If not then you may want to look to another service.
