I'm having a hard time getting specific info about their policies regarding:

Training Contract: They have one, I know. But, what is it, specifically?

Furloughed: Will they hire furloughed guys? If so, do they require you to resign seniority? How, specifically?

Training Pay: Are you paid during initial? How about housing and per deim during initial? Recurrent on days off, right?...but regular pay, not overtime? Does that mean if you have a 7 day training event, you could end up being "on" for 21 days? 7 on, 7 training, 7 on?

Sounds like a pretty good place to work, but those are areas I'm uncertian about.

Thanks.

Here you go.

1. training contract yes. 1 year. i believe 20,000. Will have to pay back at 5,000 a year until its paid if you leave within a year.

2. yes the will hire guys on furlough. yes you will have to resign your senority. i dont have specifics on the how part.

3. you are paid full pay with room and per deim durring initial.
training as in recurent is a 3 day afair that you either do before or right after your tour so you end pulling an 10 or 11 day strech.

hope this helps.
