What passes for competitive at CitationShares these days since their recent pay hikes that take effect on April 1st?

I put in my application online shortly after I learned of this, as their domiciles would work for me (live 10 mins from one). I have 6000+ tt, and two type ratings. How long does hiring work? How long do they take to respond? Anyone else heard anything of late?

Thanks for any intel.

You're competitive. Seeing as you put in two weeks ago (when the raise was announced), I would give it a few more weeks. They just filled a class, and they also turned the pilot hiring reigns over to the human resources dept (Stacey-probably one of the nicest ppl you will ever meet), so there may be a little lag time during the transition. They do try to call everyone they get an application from, and the latest intel is about 40 apps per week. good luck!

So who do you send/address your cover and resume to now?

Continue sending it to Bernard, he will continue to do most of the processing until this transition is over. As soon as the new person is hired I am sure his contact info will make it onto flightinfo.

What took you so long? Usually the go to netjets glory party would have started a lot sooner. It's the best gig in town, we all get it. Can someone express any interest in anyone else? You guys aren't gonna hire everyone.

just asking......i can understand staying there but as a new hire looking, i think its quite obvious.

And is quite obvios that not everyone wants to be on the bottom of a 2700 pilot senority list, wait probably 6+ months for an interview, and god knows what more can happen down the road..! We all KNOW that NJ is a great place to be, but CS is also is a great place to work for. Try respect peoples career's decision............. So please, STOP with NJ's thing alredy...........I think that everyone is just about to start getting sick of it!!

flame on brotha..
