CRQ Jet Source Pilots

I want to get some info from the pilots at Jet Source out of CRQ. Any info would be helpfull...pay, schedule, QOL, equipment, etc.

I am currently flying a CR7 for a regional and commuting from the San Diego area but the commute is sucking the life out of me and I would like to find something local. Thanks.

Be sure to also check over at Western Flight and the new FBO (can't think of the name) between JetSource and WF. LOTS of aircraft shuffling going on @ CRQ plus new aircraft showing up now that there's more hangar space. I know of 3 PT91 gigs that popped up just in the last 2 months.
