Well you made one good move so far you didn't work at FSI. I got the hell out of there as soon as I got my single engine add. I didn't waste 7000 bucks on a CFI either. I hear there are only about 80 students there presently. A buddy just got hired to instruct and he has been waiting for stand class since May. Hasn't even got a stand date yet.

Save your money on the freakin "short cut". You get hired as SIC for a regonal with low time your going to be sitting right seat for a long time wishing you could trade your type rating for a pizza.

Get your MEI then get your 135 mins and work for Ameriflight. Single pilot IFR hard work for a few years then get a job as PIC anywhere you want. Or get a job as SIC and know wtf your doing. And save your money for a pizza. Or get a real estate license.
