Cpl / ALTP Courses and Books

Hey guys,

I am looking for a course or books / DVD's / Videos or anything that covers the flightplanning aspect of flying in the USA, stuff like the airspaces, filing flightplans, things that makes flying in the USA different from ICAO countries.

Jeppesen has the Guided Flight Discovery courses, but the 'ultimate' course if almost 500 dollars, King schools has Commercial courses and the like, but I dont know if these things will cover the stuff I want.

Am not looking for the basic commercial syllabus, just the admin / flightplanning / legal type stuff?

Any help will be appreciated.

try sportys.com maybe, thats the only other i can think of. i know they have basic videos then more in-depth videos per subject. not sure on the quality though.
