Looking for input regarding the pros/cons of each. My department currently uses UltraNav - but I am interested in switching to CPCalc for our Excels.

Thoughts?
 
We started with UltraNAV now we use CPCalc for our XL, XLS. CPCALC takes longer to use, but IMHO is better. CPCalc also allows for the "turn" penalty for 2nd segment climb.
