We all suddenly got $10K pay raises out of the blue a few months ago in our flight department. Right about the time I think Delta pilots got maybe a 25% pay raise? But it is not enough to keep people here, we all still lost money compared to last years earning because the bonus payed much less this year due to inflation and the recession.

If I was a young person I would leave corporate for the airlines if I could. I am too old for the major airlines but I am thinking about leaving for a managed aircraft, there are a lot of openings right now, some are commutable.
