Key Duties and Responsibilities:
The first pilot reports to the director and is responsible to the chief pilot and captain of a flight for the conduct and execution of assigned duties. The primary duty of the first pilot is to assist the captain in all aspects of the flight and to insure the safety and comfort of the passengers.
The first pilot must be prepared to take over the duties of the PIC in the event the PIC is incapacitated.
The first pilot will be familiar with and follow all FARs, company policies and flight operations policies and procedures pertinent to his assigned duties.
Participates in additional flight operations duties and projects as assigned by Director of Chief Pilot.

Education: Bachelor Degree (preferred) Commercial Instrument Multiengine rating Minimum

Experience: Minimum 2500 hours total time as a pilot. Minimum 250 hours multiengine experience. Jet experience (preferred).
 
I've met a guy that flies for Purina (or used to). Said they flew Challengers, and that he really liked his job.
