Corporate Flight Management is an on-demand scheduled operation based out of Smyrna Tennessee. Does anyone have any information on this company as far as pilot employment goes? I understand they are excepting resumes and I was wondering if anyone can give me some feedback on their operation. They have a fleet of J31\32's and Lears. Thanks.

It's not too terrible for a 135 operation. Do a search, there was a lot of info on here in the past few months.

They offered me a job as a Lear FO, but I turned it down to captain a Citation. I believe they offered me about $35K a year, and the CP I talked to said I'd probably average 10 days off a month. (Don't know if those are hard.) CP seemed like an OK guy. Upgrade will take a long time, though. They need 4000TT for insurance. (That's what killed the job for me.)
