I interviewed with them about two years ago. I would assume not much has changed. First part is with the CP and HR director. They ask you typical interview stuff- about current airplane, regs, what would you do, why Corporate Air, etc. The next part is a sim ride at Rockymountain College sim center. Its a Frasca 142 set up like a C208. The CP will tell you what to do before you go there, PAY ATTENTION and be sure you understand. The sim eval is done by one of RMC sim instructors that has probly been trying to get a job with CA for years. Needless to say, anything that you do wrong will get written down. Its not a hard process, just have to be perfect. Last is the drug test. I started at 0830 and was done by 1300.
Like I said its been two years since I was there, so things may have changed.
