Corporate Air...any info?

If anybody works for Corporate Air or knows a little bit about the company I am looking for some info. I am currently flying single engine Part 135 with 1800 hours. Only 12 hours in a twin. I am looking for a company to set my roots down with and would like to know if Corporate Air has opportunities to upgrade within the company despite low twin time.

-How do you like the company?
-What is Caravan pay like?
-Schedules...mostly night or day flying?
-Upgrade times?
-ETC, ETC.
