We will miss you JC "Chris" Miller.
Last night JC "Chris" Miller passed away in a car accident in North Carolina. Chris was a pilot for Corporate Airlines (Corpex).
Chris enjoyed flying, and was looking forward to advancing his career. I always enjoyed being with him, both inside and out of the cockpit.
I do not have any info about funeral services or other arrangements. Feel free to post if you know anything.
We will all miss you Chris.

So sad...
I just talked to Chris some three days ago and he was so very excited about starting at HootersAir/Pace in the near future. Several years ago, I was fortunate to have Chris as my very first copilot after I upgraded. I was so lucky to have him in the cockpit; he “took care” of me and made sure I wouldn’t forget anything being a brand spanking new captain. I remember telling him he should be getting captain’s pay for that whole month he “babysat me,” he just smiled and said: “brother, that’s what friends are for.” What a guy!
Throughout the years, I’d been telling him to stop “working himself to death,” how ironic and tragic this feels. Chris was a fulltime pilot at Corpex (a great stick may I add), but he also worked at his dad’s farm and his dad’s contracting business since his father wasn’t very healthy.
Chris, my brother, You will be missed a whole lot. Thank You for your friendship and your great sense of humor. Valhalla, the Viking heaven, has a spot with your name on it for you my friend, please stop by to check it out…
God Bless,
Erik
