We will miss you JC "Chris" Miller.

Last night JC "Chris" Miller passed away in a car accident in North Carolina. Chris was a pilot for Corporate Airlines (Corpex).
Chris enjoyed flying, and was looking forward to advancing his career. I always enjoyed being with him, both inside and out of the cockpit.
I do not have any info about funeral services or other arrangements. Feel free to post if you know anything.
We will all miss you Chris.

So sad...
I just talked to Chris some three days ago and he was so very excited about starting at HootersAir/Pace in the near future. Several years ago, I was fortunate to have Chris as my very first copilot after I upgraded. I was so lucky to have him in the cockpit; he “took care” of me and made sure I wouldn’t forget anything being a brand spanking new captain. I remember telling him he should be getting captain’s pay for that whole month he “babysat me,” he just smiled and said: “brother, that’s what friends are for.” What a guy!
Throughout the years, I’d been telling him to stop “working himself to death,” how ironic and tragic this feels. Chris was a fulltime pilot at Corpex (a great stick may I add), but he also worked at his dad’s farm and his dad’s contracting business since his father wasn’t very healthy.

Chris, my brother, You will be missed a whole lot. Thank You for your friendship and your great sense of humor. Valhalla, the Viking heaven, has a spot with your name on it for you my friend, please stop by to check it out…

God Bless,

Erik :( (HomeY)

Chris was as cool as they come. In his words when cleared to land...

"You've Got The Nod For The Sod"

Rock On Chris.

Was he one of the guys in Wilmington?
I give a bunch of those guys rides from ILM to CLT and from CLT to STL. They were (are) always friendly and curtious jumpseaters. Sad news to hear...

Chris was a Wilmington Guy as many of us are.

He will be missed. I true asset to the aviation community!
When all the pilots were having a bad day he would always bust up in the crew talking smack and would had us laugh our butts off.

Please keep his family and friends in your prayers.

Sorry to hear this news, I flew many tours with Chris....lost another brother in the business. My prayers go out to his wife and children. Why is it that the good ones pass way too soon and the assholes seem to live forever?

I remember Chris well from my days up in LAF. He was one of my favorite crewmembers...super laid back and always friendly despite whatever BS he had to deal with from the company. He always seemed to enjoy the Friday and Saturday overnights before they were taken away.

Another 3Cer moves on to a much better place...Keep a seat warm for us, Brother...

I received an email with a link to this obituary in a local paper.
