As far as I know, they are not currently looking. I know one of the individuals involved in the hiring process and he has been flying there for the last 4 years or so. QOL of life seems pretty good. Flying the 328, you do primarily out and backs. On the Falcon, you may do 5 or 6 nights away per month, so I'm told. On longer trips, my understanding is you can bring a spouse, etc. Money is pretty good, and the schedule is pretty well planned with plenty of opportunity to get needed time off. Elmira is not a bad area, if you like the outdoors and aren't afraid of a little snow!
