A full weekend of Homecoming activities has been planned for the Annual Reunion of Auburn’s Aviation program. “We are thrilled to have an exciting weekend of events planned in honor of our Aviation program’s long history and many accomplishments,” says Dr. Joe Hanna, Chair of the Department of Aviation and Supply Chain Management.
The festivities will be kicked off on Thursday, November 1, with a presentation by Mr. Mark Moran, Executive Vice President of Operations with Continental Airlines who will speak about his many experiences in the aviation industry. “We look forward to hosting Mr. Moran and providing our students with a rare educational opportunity to interact with an airline executive who is knowledgeable in both aviation and supply chain related matters,” continues Hanna.
“We are delighted to have Mr. Moran speak as part of our Aviation Management Distinguished Visitor Program, in the College of Business. He brings great experience to share with future leaders in aviation as well as related disciplines like supply chain management,” says Mr. Ted Mallory, Vice President of Astar Air Cargo and Chair of the Aviation Management Advisory Board.
