I looked through three pages here, Netjets.com, and airlinepilotcentral.com. Whom do I address the cover letter to? Is it Darinda?

If I missed it somewhere I apologize.

Edit: Is there any disadvantage to sending in the resume snail mail? I'm running NeoOffice on my new Macbook and I'm not sure how the formatting will come out on the other end. I hate for it to show up looking like some half ass jumbled mess.

Close: Derinda McKinstry in Pilot Recruitment

I use the same software, and had the same concern. While I'm fairly sure the formatting will be fine, I'd send it as a PDF file, and you won't have to worry about formatting issues. You can either do that in the Print dialog box in any Mac program (the PDF pop-up in the lower-left corner), or use NeoOffice's "Export as PDF" command under the File menu.

I wouldn't snail-mail it. Every department in this company seems to prefer electronic communication whenever possible, and I'm sure recruitment is no different.

NJA bound thanks for the link and good luck.

CA1900 awesome. I'm a two week old switcher and still trying to figure all this OS X out. PDF! Great. I did it and it looks perfect. I never would have thought of that.

I hope to see some of you wanna be's in school and you vets on the line soon.

As a side note: I've been holed up here at PBI Crowne for the last three days. Every single NJA guy I have meet and talked to has been great. Professional and courteous. Awesome group of folks. And yes, I did forget to ask them who the contact was until tonight, and that one guy didn't know.

Thanks again guys.

Glad I could help, and good luck! There's quite a backlog for getting interview dates, but be patient. I waited about 7 months between getting the application (about two weeks after I e-mailed my resume) and getting e-mailed for an interview date. I had almost given up, but it was worth the wait!

Hope to see ya around PBI in the future. :D

I've got no problem waiting. It'll give me a chance to get moved up to the DAL area. Gotta love Dallas. Almost no traffic on 635:rolleyes:

I should be picking up another type soon so that might help me a little more by time I interview. I'm just ready to get somewhere that's worth sticking around.
