I have a general question? What is a competitive pay for a 1000 and 100 pilots in the cargo world? (Company names would be nice)

thanks

22k? just guessing... when i had 1200/60 5 years ago it was about 28k. times are tough.

keeping your thread going... hope you get a more currently educated reply.

Well, first you'll need 1200 TT (FAR 135) to act as PIC in a 135 company. Then you should be able to expect anywhere between 17/18k to 33k. Some operators pay more than others!

There are many threads here about just that, also check on some company websites.

It's just like every place else. It all depends on where and what you fly. My job allows for a ton of extra flying and I made almost 65k last year. (I gave up most of my life for it)

If your looking for a job and can go to a commuter.....do it.
