Out of curiosity, what are usually competative AFOQT and PCSM scores for getting in a Guard unit?

Does anyone have any tips on the UPT application to improve the chances of an interview?
 
From what I see it makes a huge difference whether you're trying to get into a Nebraska Tanker unit vs Hawaii f-15's.
