What the deal? Offered a job with a 12k contract? I thought alpa took care of this? When did they start making people sign?

it 6months to upgrade still looking right? IOE is done in the right seat or the left? Both? Any body have the contract to look at?Schedule are bids put out or PBS?
Any insight would be great.

As far as the flow goes, they told me 30 months after the date of employment and a CA, Not 30 months as a CA. Is this Correct?

I believe new hires are not being asked to sign the 12K training contract.

If one were to start class in October or November, the upgrade would occur by July 08 or sooner. I'm not sure how IOE works, but I do know all new hires are typed.

I believe the 30 month flow is total time of employement at CPZ. You only need to be a CA at CPZ to flow..not a CA the whole 30months. A CPZ thread on APC reports that NW may change the flow deal with CPZ to a much shorter time period.

Search on this forum and APC and you'll find a lot of good CPZ info. If you find anything new out, please post.

I think CPZ is a great opportunity especially if you view the company as a start up that isn't really a start up. Seemingly it's a good place to be, yet that remains unproven.

Looked through the contract and the 12k training contract is included into the ALPA contract

Guys is there free internet in canada for training? Wifi or Cable if it was.

Another site told the new classes to all agree not to sign and it was a non issue. Is this still possible?

Would a 130 ish number still be looking at a may or june upgrade?

Any chance anybody has a copy of the contract?
