Compass people. What do you think?

For all of you at Compass, what do you think so far? Are you happy with the way they treat you? I think the min days off is 11, but what do you see on the lines? Is there usually more off? Is there many day trips? Also I thought MEM was a base, but airlinepilotcentral only says MSP and that DTW will be soon. Thanks for any thoughts you may have.

Heh. Yeah, what EMB170pilot said. There are some good people here but you cannot exist in this close of proximity to the evil that is NWA management without it drastically affecting how you feel about your job.

And yep, the plane is pretty sweet...when it works! Funny, that's how I describe the last hangar queen I flew, the Q400!
