Not as part of the interview. But it is required before you start class. From what I hear it is a turn your head and cough medical with an EKG. Mine is set for the day before I start class.

They want you to be in shape to prepare you for the flow back from NWA.It is going to happen so fast you will have to run.

Sweats

You probably need your "sweats" so that Steenland can hand it to you and make sure you know how to "take one for the team."
Just contact Instructordude-I'm sure he has been Steenland's little love monkey-maybe he has some pointers.....

-ASA sucks, but at least it has nothing to do with NWA!

Company pays 80%, employee pays 20% if I recall correctly. Not sure if same ratio applies to spouse/dependents. Yeah, it sucks. Not sure what kind of deductibles are involved.

You guys have to pay for healthcare??????

Most companies these days are that way. Horizon has been the only one that I have worked at that paid 100% for the employee.

Most places I have been associated with make it so just about every year you have to pay more for medical...via more for coverage or less coverage than was offered the year before. In some cases it had erased the increase in pay I recieved for longevity.

This was exactly the case at the regional I left. Your longevity raise did not make up for the increase in health care premiums. Just one many reasons to avoid flying for an Airlink.

So I guess you will never go to Airtran the cost for a family is somewhere around 400+ a month.
