I know this is a long shot but does anyone know of any 135/91 operations in the Detroit/southeast Michigan area that don’t require you to live in close proximity to the airport? I found at least one and have submitted a resume, but I’d like to broaden the search a little bit.
I am a CFI who entered flying at a later age and I’m having financial difficulty moving on to the next step. I can commute or work locally for a $25,000-$30,000 F.O. position but with a wife/kids/mortgage, I’m unable to relocate for that kind of money.
Sure wish I’d done this in my twenties…
