More info on ESOP Litigation

As of yesterday, this is what I can muster from the latest on the ESOP litigation:
The plaintiffs have moved the court for partial summary judgement on count 1; basically, the case has gone far enough forward that the plaintiffs are requesting a partial summary judgement in their favor, in the amount of $9 million plus interest. (As of May 5, 2003).
