I have read (through public record) and heard through various sources that the lawsuit involving the owners of Commutair and the employees are scheduled for Federal Trail on Feb 17,2004.

It is my understanding that through the use of raw data, there is a possibility that the company may go away or be sold or may go public inorder to survive the lawsuit. (Due to the public facts and that the NY State Attorney General is closely watching what's going on.)

For the pilots sake I hope there is no sale involved.

For the ESOP employee's sake, I hope we get our F'ing money.

And a little jail time for J, J and T would be amusing.

If it does go up for sale, i bet JO would bid...

Talk about cooking the books and hosing your own employees! Pretty interesting read. Good for the plaintiffs for bringing this action.

Mr. I.
