Check the additional rating task table in the Commercial PTS. That should have your answers, but keep in mind that's the minimum required and the examiner really can ask for anything.

at the university i teach at, the commercial SEL add-on oral focuses on systems mostly and how the maneuvers themselves work. we used d.e.'s for checkrides too.

Why waste your time getting a CSEL? By the time you get a commercial ticket you can work at Mesa for 17K a year and bunk with your crew on stand-up overnights.
