-10 hours of instrument training of which at least 5 hours must be in a single-engine airplane.

If I have my instrument rating does this mean the requirement has been met? Or do I have to log an additional 10 hours of training after my instrument check ride?

The instrument training you recieve towards your instrument rating fulfills this requirement.
