It would seem Comair didn't like the judge's ruling against it throwing out the FA contract. Previously, the judge cited that Comair failed to negotiate in good faith. So what does Comair do? They ask AGAIN to throw out the (FA Teamster's) contract.
The "order overlooks controlling law and facts in the record that would have likely altered the court's decision," the airline said in the court filing.
According to Comair, being in bankruptcy allows one to negotiate in bad faith?

Interesting, I hadn't heard that tidbit.

Both sides haven't even negotiated since the first decision, They are scheduled to meet this Thurs and Fri (May 11 and 12). So I doubt the company even ahs a leg to stand on till they at least attempt to negotiate.
