Well the way it looks, the retirements at Comair will look something like this:

2004 = 10 retirements
2005 = 9
2006 = 21
2007 = 14
2008 = 20
2009 = 14
2010 = 9

thats only 97 in the next 6.5 years.
 
PCL retirements:

2004 - 1
2005 - 2
2006 - 2
2007 - 1
2008 - 2
2009 - 4
2010 - 1

13 over the next 6.5 years
 
Well, these numbers can be pretty misleading. Remember only about 1/3 of pilots actually make it to retirement age. Many have spent too much time drinking, smoking, chasing FA's, and their medicals catch up with them. Another percentage simply get fed up with the crap (especially at the regionals)... and still a few more change jobs/careers

Or in the case of ASA, a few will get themsleves fired for letting interns fly planes......:D
