Not unexpected. Comair management has filed their 1113 motion with the bankruptcy court to reject the Comair pilots collective bargaining agreement. Let the games continue...

Good luck, guys and gals from a Mesaba pilot.

I thought that comair voted in a consesion package already? Could someone bring me up to date.

The concessionary agreement never went into effect because it was contingent on the company getting a certain amount from the flight attendants and the mechanics. We are still operating under the old pay scale.

I have this nagging feeling that I could cut and then paste these topics in ....say...5 years and they would fit right in.

Well, at least you know you will be under your current contract for 18 tho 24 months...that is probably how long its gonna take to take its course.
