Collins FMS 4200 training

I just got a job with a regional airline. I hear that learning the FMS is the hardest part of the training. Does anyone know of a good source to get training material on the Collins 4200 FMS???

Any help would be much appreciated.

Oh yeah,
Does anyone know of any links that give you info about the CRJ? Preferrably the CRJ200?
