I was just wondering when the CPG expected to have the Commuter Policy in place and what the initial draft language looked like? How many flights are you going to have give yourself? Will you have to check loads and see where there is an available seat to use that flight? I know there are several different policy's out there. Does the CPG think it will be in place by Nov or Dec? How about the other stuff that people were concerned with like per diem, how's that going? You guys getting close to getting yearly COLA raises. Maybe the CPG MEC had someone on this board that has all the answers.

From what I've heard about Pinnacle, they don't even abide by the union contract they have, much less "policies". How are you going to force Colgan to abide by anything that is not in their favor?
