That is only a conditional hire provided they complete other training over the course of a year. Can't fly for an airline without a commercial pilot certificate. Funny though how they say "some airlines can guarentee you an interview, but ours MAY guarentee you a job. How is that different than a guarenteed interview? You are still NOT guarenteed a job.

[FONT=Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif]While some schools have programs that guarantee interviews, we have a program that may GUARANTEE A JOB!

Wow! That's like genuine diamelles!

I 100% GUARANTEE that the program may be worth it.

A wrinkle on the mid 1960s United hiring campaign where you'd receive a job offer as a private pilot, obviously after successfully screening, contingent upon getting your commercial/instrument within a year.

Westwind made these claims years ago with different regionals. Folks from Westwind were going to their interviews thinking they already had the job just to find out the supposed 'arrangement' didn't even exsist.

lol it gets funnier...red down a bit further and check out what they say about AE

In addition, American Eagle has entered into an agreement with Westwind School of Aeronautics to have Westwind provide initial training to some of their potential new pilots. These applicants, upon successfully passing American Eagle's interview process, will attend Westwind's 4-week ACOP (Boeing 737) course. Upon completion, they will be offered a position as a First Officer at American Eagle.

When did AE start getting 737's lol ????
