Colgan Classes/New Info??

Wondering if anyone knows the schedule of Colgan's upcoming new hire class dates?
Also if they are still hiring FO's, I heard that they have too many FO's and not enough Captians.
Any news on when more Sabbs are coming??
I'm in the "hiring/waiting" pool and was told to come back with more hours, any ideas on how I can get in now??

Classes are going on each month. Word around town is 10 more Saabs in the next few months. We are fat on Beech FOs now, but with upgrades going on, that won't last. I guess the only way to get in now is to get more hours. They have tons of resumes with high time.

How long for upgrade right now?

Would they consider someone on furlough from a major?

What are the pilot domiciles?

What about flight benefits for family?

What is the current pay for F/O's and Captains?

Hey Colgan Guys:

I've heard from a good source that Colgan is hiring only Captains at this time. Are they for Saabs or 1900 or both? How much does the first year Saab & 1900 Capt. get paid hourly? Will appreciate any input....

Last I heard, we are still hiring FOs for both aircraft. We do hire off the street guys, but that has slowed down as we have quality FOs to upgrade.

First year Cpt on the Beech is $31.50, and 35.50 on the Saab I think.


Also, just heard the 10 more Saab thing is not going to happen.

What do you think is the best way to get an interview with Colgan? I have been mailing and e-mailing resumes for quite a while. I do not know anyone that works at Colgan.
