Anybody have a copy of the Colgan Air payscale that they can post, or a website that offers this information? Thanks for the help.

why do want to post it?

a first beech capt is/was 32/hr. i left in oct 03. i could not pay bills for a family of four on it. had a part time thing. saab guys (capt) make around 38 hr maybe.

fos make 20/hr to start.

do you like rice or ramen? how about some ketchup with those saltines!

For the 1900, climbhappy is correct, $20/ $32 per hour first year. Saab folks get $7 more per hour. $1.50 raise each year after. This is at a 75 hour guarantee and just depends on where you're based whether you can go over. $1.35 per diem, only for overnights. Also, depends GREATLY on where your based as to whether you can get by on this salary.

 Keep in mind Colgan only pays per diem when you overnight somewhere. It's not like other airlines where it is source of added income. They also base at out-stations where it is usually difficult to commute and what's the point when you only get 2 or 3 days off at a time and finish at night and start you off with a morning schedule. Working at Colgan is like having a mistress, you have to get a separate apartment so you can get F??ked. Forget the payscale, RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN!

Haven't been to sin city very much lately. My wife always tells me it's beautiful and the lawn needs to be mowed.

Get as much PIC time as you can and get out before you have 1) bent metal, or 2) certificate action.

Take it easy!
