I would like to know 1,2,3 year F/O, and captain pay, benefits such as 401k how much is the match what are the travel benefits for you and family. Thank you in advance, I have an interview upcoming and would like to know,

You pay $25 for your "free" coach space available pass travel (domestic). That goes up depending on what "zone" you travel too...in some cases close to $100.

They also have this nifty thing called COAIR Fares (sarcasm). Where you pay for a positive space ticket at a fare equivilent to Orbitz less their markup. If you miss the flight you're out of your money. If you get bumped....you're out of your money -- great deal if you ask me.

They like to rub this in your face by flashing something about "Fund the Future when you use E-pass." So they're rubbing it in your face that they make money off their employees (and their family member's) backs.

Our current 401(K) for years 1-5 is a 25% match of the pilot's contribution up to 6 percent of compensation. This match is distributed quarterly.

There is a $3600 limit to the company's contributions.

There is also a "Pilot Retirement Contribution" which matches dollar for dollar up to 5% of your contribution.

Our future retirement program will be very nice if we complete a TA.

Pilots could help the ExpressJet negotiations out by not applying here right now....but I know that won't happen.
