Think about it. Most every airport sees us in uniforms and assumes we are Part 121 airline pilots and give us the "quick and easy". Now at CMH, they know that we are with NJs (non part 121 carrier) and so they treat us as a regular passenger, which is what we are. We travel on a airline ticket just like Uncle Jethro.

True but when I worked at Airnet we traveled with purchased tickets in our name. What's the difference? Never had an issue with TSA

Why would discussing this issue further here and "educating" (negatively as far as I'm concerned) TSA personel any further on this matter be beneficial to commuting Part 121 (off duty) pilots, and fractional pilots?

We don't we drop the subject before we add to circus that we call "airlining".

It's hard enough already without giving them ammo.
