Does anyone happen to remember yesterday what the cloud tops were over CT at around noon? The area forecast called for layered to FL 220 but flying from HFD to OXC at 4000 I needed my sunglasses even though I was in solid IMC. Seems like the tops must not have been more than a few thousand feet above us? If anyone was flying around here midday yesterday and remembers how high the tops were let me know.

We were in between layers at 070...looked like a higher thin layer above, probably around 10, could see blue sky.

Hope that helps??
