Just looking for the good bad and ugly on their operation. QOL, Pay, Schedules, etc..... Did a search but couldn't find any current information. If anyone who currently flies for them could chime in, I would appreciate it. Thanks

Some of the newer airplanes are nice (the older Lears and Gulfstream IIs are archaic at best) but I hear pay is substandard.......... Perhaps get a job there and then start networking hard with other operators on the field.

I worked for Clay up until about a year ago. I had a great time working there, but if you are in the Lear's be ready to work pretty hard. The rest of the fleet can vary depending on a/c.
Good Luck and enjoy VNY!

Do Lacy pilots tend to fly multiple types or do they focus on one aircraft type (i.e., Lear 35/55 and GII)? Is there a training bond associated with new types?
