Civilian helo schools

Can anyone recommend a good helo school near Memphis? I have a buddy here who is considering taking lessons, and I would love to recommend a school, but I don't live here, plus all my helo experience is military.
If not Memphis, where else in TN? The US?

It's not in Memphis or even TN, but Mazzei Flying Service out in Fresno, CA is an excellent Part 141 flight school that does fixed wing and helo. The owner is dual rated ATP, instructor and DE in both.
