they say guys need 40+ years old and +4000 hours to be considered, but I know women with less than 3000 hours got hired and were told not to say their actual time if asked.
It took me 3 month to get a phone interview and the guy was more worried about how crappy my current job is more than anything else.
I guess I was just overqualified
Maybe I'll just shave my legs, I allready got man boobs...........:eek:
 
I thin in the long run if we men want to stay competive in avaition then maybe we should think about a sex change. That is the only way to land the good jobs anymore.
 
Is there really that much difference between a 3000 hour 28 year old or a 3000 hour 40 year old? Except the fact that they started flying at different ages . . .

Not true. We have plenty of pilots with less than these stated minimums. And they aren't female.
